ARE YOU LATE PAYING YOUR TAXES?

The Texas Tax Care Advocate organization pools funds to help pay those delinquent taxes for Texas property owners that qualify for assistance.

Funds are made available for delinquent taxes on a first come, first served basis and assistance can only be given to one property per Texas home owner.

Residents owning more than one property cannot receive assistance for more than one address per Tax Care Texas guidelines.

All requests for tax assistance are reviewed in the order they are received.

We look forward to your inquiry and if approved the help request for funds are made available within 48 hours of the receipt of the request.

Program Note: Texas Tax Care help reserves the right to request proof of home ownership before the release of Tax Assistance funds.

All approved funds are paid directly to the county collector of revenue and you are entitled to a copy of the receipt once taxes are paid on your behalf.
